| Bryan Carter – West Coast Event Planner for Future Brands. Q: What do you think are some of the biggest challenges that face you when planning for Future Bands? BC: One of the reasons that I like your new version 2.0 is what you are doing to leverage my event business. For example, there are many venues for my meeting. In the past, if I was looking for a property that is on the beach or has an ocean view, I could not see the bids side by side. With your product they will battle for my business and I will be able to better judge what I’m getting. This will get me the best value for my dollar. Q: Because of the consolidation in our industry, is your company giving you enough people and resources to do your job effectively? BC: We rely on outsourcing most of our meeting and events. But I clearly see with your product I can back check all our vendors to make sure we are getting the best for our dollar. Q: Are there any communication challenges that you have with your group? BC: Giving our attendees the ability to set their own agenda, book their rooms, flights and activities is a real plus. With your product I can see a real advantage to helping the meeting or event run more smoothly. Saving my event profiles for next year is a great time saver. Q: Over the last few years has your company given you more staff or less staff and resources to work with? BC: We have had less staff and resources to work with and it has made it hard to put on meetings and events. Our lead time has gone down as well as our budgets. Your version 2.0 has allowed us to become more efficient and effective with our in house planning. Q: What feature of our version 2.0 do you think will help you do your job better? BC: Third party verification. Lately, I have seen a lot of people come to me that have not been educated in event production or planning. Just because they have a business card doesn’t mean they are now event planners.
